We set up our shop on Amer Naradpura Road a while back. It’s a bit away from the main city rush of Jaipur, which is actually quite nice for us. Most of our work involves water systems and fixing the kind of things that people rely on every single day. In this part of the area, you can't really go for long without a good water setup in your house or shop. We have a lot of heavy tools and pipes lying around the shop floor. It’s definitely not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get our hands dirty and do the job. Sometimes we are out on a site more than we are actually present in the shop. The road out here gets very busy with trucks and people heading towards Amer. We know the local geography and the underground water situation pretty well by now. Water can be a tricky business, so we spend a lot of our time troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is boiling hot, but it’s what we do for a living. People around the Naradpura area know us by name mostly. We don't bother with much paperwork unless it’s absolutely necessary for a job. Usually, it's just a simple phone call and we go out to see what the problem is. The shop gets a bit cluttered with all the different pipes and metal fittings, but that’s just part of the trade we are in.
