You can find us at Kent Ro Systems Ltd., located at B-4-A in Alankar Plaza. This is right in the Central Spine part of Vidhyadhar Nagar, which is a pretty crowded shopping and business area. The plaza itself has seen a lot of foot traffic over the years, and you can tell by looking at the stairs and the corridors. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the units and the spare parts boxes. It usually looks a bit cluttered because there is always a repair job half-finished on the main workbench. We have a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait, but mostly they just stand and chat while we look at their machines. The lighting in the plaza is a little dim in the afternoons, but we have some bright lamps in the back where we work on the filters. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming in to ask about parts or why their water tastes funny. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the day. The phone on the desk is almost never quiet, mostly people from around the neighborhood calling in for help. It’s a small, functional space in a noisy part of town, and we’ve gotten pretty used to the constant hum of the plaza around us. It’s not a fancy showroom, just a working shop where we handle the daily repairs and customer calls.
