Manohar Developers Private Limited

We are up on the 8th floor of the Royal Ornate building in Jagatpura. Our office covers flat number 803 and units B-02 to B-05, so we have a bit of space, though it usually feels crowded with all the files and samples we keep around. From our windows, you can see a lot of Jagatpura and Shri Ram Vihar B, which is basically where we do most of our work. Manohar Developers is a small team. We spend a lot of time in the lift going up and down to meet people. Being on the 8th floor gives us a good view of the new buildings going up around us. It reminds us why we are here. We aren't some massive corporation with a board of directors. We are just people who know about development and want to build things in our own neighborhood. Some days the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to sit and wait it out with a cup of tea. It’s not a perfect life, but it’s our life. We talk to people plainly and don't try to hide behind a lot of legal talk. We know that building a house or an office is a big deal for anyone, so we try to be as practical as possible about it. It’s just us, working away in this corner of Jaipur, trying to make things happen without making a big fuss about it.
