Garment Craft

You can find Garment Craft at F-47 in the Malviya Industrial Area. It’s an industrial zone, so don't expect any flower beds or fancy sidewalks. Our unit is basically a large shed where we do all our work. F-47 is one of those places where the focus is entirely on making things. We have machines running and people busy with fabric most of the day. The area is full of other businesses like ours, so there’s a constant hum of activity and trucks loading and unloading in the lanes. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a good spot for what we do. Inside, the space is open and filled with the tools of our trade. We don’t have a fancy office; the desk is right there near the production. The floor is concrete and the lights are bright so we can see what we’re doing. We’ve been in Malviya Industrial Area for quite some time now. We know the tea stall guy around the corner and the other shop owners on this block. It’s a community of workers. We don’t bother with much else besides our daily tasks. When you come to Garment Craft, you’re seeing the actual place where the work happens. It’s simple, it’s functional, and it’s where we spend our lives. We just keep at it, one day at a time, making sure everything is done.
