Malhar Premises Pvt. Ltd. Our office is at C-122 Mangal Marg in Bapu Nagar. It is a well-known street so people usually find us without too much trouble. We have been in this specific building for quite a while now. The space is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful with how we arrange the furniture so everyone can move around. Bapu Nagar is a great area because there is always something happening. We have a lot of regular visitors who drop in for a chat. We aren't the kind of company that hides behind a big reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. We do a lot of our work on old-fashioned paper because it feels more real than just typing into a screen all day. There is a small tea stall right next door and we probably spend too much money there. It’s a basic setup at C-122. We don’t have any slogans or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just show up and do what needs doing. The air conditioner is a bit old and makes a lot of noise, but it still works well enough to keep us cool. We like the independence of being a local business. It feels good to be part of the community here on Mangal Marg. We keep at it.
