MAKER BUILDTECH LLP is right in the middle of the action at Bapu Bazar. Our office is in the Classic Mansion at Dhula House. If you know Jaipur, you know how crowded and lively Bapu Bazar can get. It’s a very different vibe from the newer parts of the city. We like being here because it feels like the heart of the town. We do construction and technical building work, which can be quite a challenge in these older, narrower streets. Our space isn't huge, but it's where all the planning happens. We deal with architects, laborers, and homeowners every day. There is always noise outside from the market, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t try to act like a corporate giant. We are just local builders trying to do a good job. Sometimes we run into issues with getting materials delivered through the bazaar traffic, but we figure it out. It’s a practical business. We spend a lot of time checking on sites and making sure the walls are straight and the plumbing works. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. If a project is going to be late, we say so. People appreciate that honesty. It’s just us working hard in a busy part of Jaipur, making sure our clients get what they paid for without any unnecessary drama. It’s a long day every day, but we prefer being busy like this.
