Make My Trip

We sit here on the first floor on M I Road, right across from the Gangaur Hotel. Most people know the spot because of Khasa Khoti. It's a busy part of town but we've been here a while now helping folks figure out their trips. Usually, someone walks in looking for a train ticket or maybe a flight to see family, and we just get to work on the computer. It’s not always fast because the systems can be slow, but we stay until it’s done. We handle a lot of different bookings, some for holidays and some just for work travel. The office isn't anything fancy, just desks and chairs and maps on the wall, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially in the afternoons. We see a lot of tourists coming through this area since it's a main road. We just try to make sure everyone gets their papers on time and knows where they are going. If a hotel booking goes sideways, we call up and try to sort it. It’s mostly just us chatting with people about where they want to go and looking at dates on the calendar. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People just drop by when they are nearby or shopping on M I Road. It’s a good location because it’s easy to find for anyone in the city.
