Managing buildhome projects in Rajasthan. 302001 area is central, traffic and noise. Fourth floor is quieter. Files, samples, office stuff. Not fancy, even in Crystal Palm. Team gathering, people drop by. Godam Circle location for a while. Slow elevators, parking puzzles, but we like Jaipur's heart. Coordinating contractors, checking sites. Coordination and making sure things move. No big words or processes; day-to-day building and business. We sometimes have trouble finding a place to put all the new architectural drawings. The mall staff knows us well by now. We don't really do the whole corporate ladder thing. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. If there's a problem at a site in another part of the city, one of us just grabs the keys and goes. It's not a complicated way to live. We’ve had this same office for years and the view of the circle never gets old, even when the traffic is backed up for miles. We just keep our heads down and focus on the homes we are building. The work keeps us busy and we don't feel the need for anything more.
