Maheshwari Gian Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is based in Mohalla Surara. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a small operation, mostly run by just one or two of us handling everything from start to finish. Mohalla Surara is one of those older parts of town where the lanes are narrow and everyone knows what’s going on. We don't have a big staff or a fleet of vehicles parked outside. Most of the work involves me sitting at the desk, going through site reports, and then heading out on a scooter to check on things. It’s honest work, and it keeps me busy from morning until late at night. There isn't any fancy corporate structure here. If a problem comes up, I’m the one who has to fix it. The office is just a room with some basic furniture and a lot of folders stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the neighbors pop in for a chat, which is nice, but it can make it hard to focus on the numbers. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I know how things function around here. It’s not a glamorous life, but seeing a wall go up or a roof get finished is satisfying enough. I don't bother with marketing or trying to sound bigger than I am. I just take the jobs as they come.
