Mahaveer Properties & To Let Services

We have been operating out of C 77 Janta Colony for quite a while now. Being so near Pinkcity, there is always a lot of movement on the streets, and we see it all from our front door. Our work is mainly about Mahaveer Properties & To Let Services, which just means we help people find a place to live or get their property sorted. It is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet people. Most of the day is spent on the phone or walking to different houses nearby to show a room to a student or a family. We know the lanes of Janta Colony like the back of our hand because we are always out and about. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. People stop by because they saw our sign or someone told them we have a few listings. We don't use any fancy systems, just our notebooks and memory. It's a simple business, really. We talk to owners, find out what they want, and try to match them with someone looking for a spot. It’s mostly about being here every day and knowing what is available on the next block. We’ve seen many people move in and out over the years, and we just keep doing what we do.
