Our setup is located at H - 5 in the RIICO Industrial Area, just off New Sanganer Road in Mansarover. Being in an industrial zone means we have plenty of space, but it also means we are surrounded by a lot of concrete and other factories. The area is quite dusty and there is always some kind of construction or road work going on nearby. Our building is a simple structure that serves as both a workshop and a storage space. We have large open floors where we can spread out the fabric and do the cutting without bumping into each other. It gets very hot during the summer months, so we have several wall fans that run all day long. The sound of the machinery is the main background noise here, and you get used to it after a few days. We do not have a lot of decorations on the walls because we prefer to keep things practical and easy to clean. Most of our time is spent managing the production line and making sure the staff has what they need to finish their work. Mansarover is a bit of a distance from the city center, but it is a good spot for a factory like ours. We just come in, do the work, and head home once the sun goes down. It is a very straightforward way of running things without any unnecessary complications or corporate fluff.
