Our shop is at 851-B on New Sanganer Road in Devi Nagar. If you know this road, you know how much traffic passes by every single hour. It is a very busy spot to have a business. We have a lot of stuff packed into our space, and sometimes it spills out a bit near the entrance. We try to keep things in some kind of order, but when customers are coming in and out, it gets messy quickly. The dust from the road is a constant battle for us. We spend a lot of time just wiping things down so they look decent. There is no air conditioning here, so we rely on the ceiling fans and the breeze from the door. It gets quite warm in the middle of the day. We are just ordinary people trying to run a small business. We don't have any grand plans or corporate strategies. We just open the shop, talk to the people who stop by, and try to make sure we have the items they are looking for. Most of our customers live nearby in Devi Nagar, so we see the same people quite often. It feels good to be a part of the local neighborhood. We just take things one day at a time and deal with whatever problems come up, whether it is a late delivery or a leaky roof.
