Maa Pitambara Projects Private Limited is based out of 209 Shri Nagar Extension. It’s a standard office space, nothing too flashy. We deal with project work around the city and this is where we keep the equipment and the books. Shri Nagar Extension is a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening right outside the window. We spend our days coordinating with workers and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they don’t, and that’s just how it goes. You learn to deal with the delays and the rain. We have a small team here. Most of us have lived in this area for years, so we know the shortcuts and the local suppliers well. It makes the job a bit easier when you know who you are talking to. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone comes in at once to pick up their pay or check the schedules. We have a couple of old fans that struggle in the summer heat, but we get by. It’s honest work. If you walk past 209, you’ll probably see our sign and a few bikes parked out front. That’s us. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just sit out on the steps until it comes back. It's not a big deal.
