We are Allen Jewellery, and you can find us at 3071 M. S. B Ka Rasta. We are situated at the 5th Cross in Johri Bazar. This is an old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and usually filled with scooters and shoppers. It can be hard to find a place to park if you are driving, so most people just walk. Our space is functional and straightforward. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just open the doors every morning and get to work on the pieces we have in stock. The building is old, and you can tell by the way the floors creak. It has a lot of character though. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are just passing through Johri Bazar while others are regulars who have been coming to this area for years. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, from cleaning the glass cases to taking inventory. It is not always exciting, but it is what we do. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the street muddy, but we stay open regardless. Being at the 5th Cross means we are right in the thick of things. We just try to keep things simple and do the work that needs doing without much fuss. There is always a lot to be done and the day goes by pretty fast.
