M. B. Jewellers (Sikar) Private Limited

We have our setup at M.B. Mall, right by the Ramleela Ground. M. B. Jewellers (Sikar) Private Limited is spread across the ground floor and the third floor. It’s a bit of a trek between the two, but it works for us. The ground floor is where we see most people who walk in from the street, and the third floor is more for the administrative stuff and the heavier work. Being near the Ramleela Ground means there is always something going on, especially during festival seasons. It gets really crowded then, and we can hear the music and the people from inside the mall. Our shop isn't like those fancy designer places you see on TV. It’s a solid, local jewellery business. We have the usual glass cases and plenty of lights to make the gold shine. The staff has been with us for a while, and we all just do what needs to be done. Some days the mall is quiet, and we just sit around chatting or checking the inventory for the tenth time. Other days, especially before weddings, it’s a madhouse. We don’t use any complicated systems, just our ledgers and a fair bit of patience. The air conditioning in the mall is nice when Sikar gets really hot, which is most of the time. We just try to keep things honest and handle each piece of jewellery with the care it deserves. It's a regular job for us and we enjoy it.
