Lallu Travels

Lallu Travels is based at 37-Khandelwal Colony in the Luniyawas area. This is basically our home base where we keep track of everything. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a regular place in a residential colony. We started with just one vehicle and have slowly tried to keep things moving. Most of our time is spent on the phone or dealing with drivers and schedules. It gets a bit chaotic, especially when a car breaks down or someone is running late. We don't have a big staff, so we end up doing a bit of everything ourselves. Luniyawas is a bit away from the main city center, but it’s where we live and work. We know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We aren't trying to be a massive travel agency with hundreds of buses. We just want to provide a reliable way for people to get where they need to go. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desk, and the phone never seems to stop ringing. We don't use any fancy booking systems; we just write things down and make sure we don't forget anything. People in Khandelwal Colony know us, and that’s how we get most of our passengers. It’s a straightforward business. We just try to stay honest and keep the vehicles running. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now.
