Our shop is right in the heart of Johari Bazar, tucked into Achar Walo Ki Gali on Gopal Ji Ka Rasta. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow and crowded these lanes can be. It’s always very lively with people shopping for jewelry and clothes all day long. Our office is quite small, located at number 1230. We’ve been here for a long time. People usually find us while they’re out doing their regular shopping. We help with all kinds of travel stuff, like booking flights or finding a driver for a trip out of town. It’s noisy outside but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We sit here and drink tea with anyone who stops by to ask a question. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements. It is just a simple place where we do our work. Dealing with the crowds in Johari Bazar is just part of our daily life. Sometimes we have to walk a bit to meet a client because the cars can't get into these narrow lanes. We know every corner of this neighborhood. It’s a family business. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re a huge corporate entity. We’re just local people who know how to get things done. The internet works when it wants to, so we still keep some paper logs. It's a busy, cramped, but good place.
