Lokrang Art Gallery

So, this is Lokrang Art Gallery. We are located over at H-27 on Jagatpura Road. If you are looking for the place, it’s in the Siddharth Nagar area of Malviya Nagar. Most people find us by looking for that big floor water tank at Sawaigator, we're quite close to that. It’s a quiet enough spot for an art gallery, I think. We have all sorts of things hanging on the walls and tucked away in corners. It isn't a massive museum or anything like that, just our space where we keep the art. Some days are quiet and I just spend my time moving frames around or dusting the shelves. Other days we have people coming in to look around. Jaipur has a lot of artists, so there is always something new coming through the door. I’ve lived around here for a long time, so setting up on Jagatpura Road felt right. It can get a bit dusty with the road being what it is, but we keep the inside nice. We don't really do the whole high-end gallery thing with fancy parties. It’s more of a place where you can just walk in and see what we have. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit if the weather is bad, but usually, it's fine. We like being near Sawaigator. It feels like a real part of the city. If you find yourself near the water tank, you can just stop in and see what's new.
