We are located over in Sitapura Industrial Area too, but our base is more toward the Durgapura side in Durgavihar 1, right off Tonk Road. It is a busy stretch of road, and we see thousands of cars go by every single day while we are working. Supplying water in a place like Jaipur means you never really have an off day, especially when the heat starts climbing in April and May. We have our small setup where we coordinate the deliveries and talk to the locals who need water for their homes or small businesses. The area around Durgavihar is a mix of houses and commercial spots, so we have a lot of different types of people coming to us. Our office is just a simple room with a few tables and a lot of logbooks to keep track of who got what. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in traffic or a pipe needs fixing at the last minute, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. It is a lot of physical work, and we are often tired by the time we close up for the night. We don't spend money on big ads; we just rely on the fact that people in Durgapura know we are here. It is a straightforward way of living, focused on a basic need that everyone has. Sometimes we share a meal in the back room when things slow down, just a group of people working hard to keep the water flowing.
