You can find us at A-5 in Nulite Colony, which is just off Tonk Road. It is a residential area mostly, so it stays pretty calm compared to the main road. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. The shop is not much to look at, just a counter and a lot of boxes stacked up against the walls. We focus on water purifiers because everyone around here needs them. The water can be quite harsh on the machines in this part of town. We spend a lot of time scrubbing out sediment and replacing worn-out filters. It is dirty work sometimes, but someone has to do it. We do not wear uniforms or anything like that. We just show up in our regular clothes with a bag of tools. My son helps me with the accounts and ordering parts from the city. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of carbon filter and have to drive out to get more. Tonk Road traffic is a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to do our errands early. We have a small bench outside where customers can sit if they are waiting for a quick repair. It is nothing fancy, just a local business trying to keep things running. We know our regulars by name. That is the nice thing about being in a colony like Nulite. It feels like home to us, and we hope it feels that way for others too.
