LAXMI CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPERS LLP

Our small office is at Laxmi Construction & Developers LLP, located on the ground floor over at Ganga Path. It’s right near where the Income Tax Officer is in Jaipur. We’ve been set up here for some time now. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they have questions about a building project. It gets busy around the Income Tax office, so there’s always people moving about. We handle construction and development work, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to put buildings on it. It’s not flashy work. It involves a lot of dust and noise and talking to different crews. Sometimes things go according to plan and sometimes they don’t, but that’s just how building things goes. We try to stay organized from our spot in Unit A 1. Most of the guys are out in the field during the day, so the office can be a bit quiet in the afternoons. We don’t have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just do the work that needs doing. If someone needs a house built or a site developed, we look at the numbers and see if we can make it happen. Jaipur is growing fast, and there is always something being built on every corner. We are just part of that whole process, staying busy on Ganga Path.
