Lavazza Barista, (Mnc)

Our place is at A-5 in Travani Nagar, which is right by the Gopalpura Bypass in Jaipur. It’s a very busy part of the city because of all the traffic on the bypass. We aren't a coffee shop where you can sit and read a book. Instead, we handle the business side of Lavazza Barista from this location. We manage the machines and the coffee supplies that go out to different parts of the region. The building we are in is a regular house that has been turned into a workspace. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes of coffee and spare parts, but we make it work. The noise from the trucks on the bypass is constant, so you have to talk a bit louder when you’re on the phone. We have a small group of people working here. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational corporation office. It’s more of a warehouse and office mix. In the summer, the heat in Jaipur is tough, so we keep the fans going all day. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and making sure the deliveries are ready to go out. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have any big signs out front. If you didn't have the address, you might just walk right past us. We just focus on getting the coffee out to the people who need it.
