Amrapali Bar

We've been running the bar here at the Amrapali Hotel & Resort on Tonk Road for a good while now. It sits right across from the Epip area in Sitapura, so we get a lot of people coming in after a long shift in the industrial area. Jaipur gets really hot during the day, and by evening, folks just want a quiet corner to sit down. The place isn't fancy, but it does the job for anyone looking to unwind. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the weekend crowd shows up from the resort rooms, but mostly it's just regular people having a drink. We try to keep things moving and make sure the tables are cleared quickly. Being on Tonk Road means there's always traffic outside, but once you step inside, it’s a different world. It’s a family-run resort vibe overall, so the bar feels like part of that whole setup. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been here for years and know most of the regulars by their names. It’s hard work keeping up with the inventory and making sure the cooling works right in this heat, but we manage. If you’re around Sitapura and need a break from the sun or work, you’ll find us here.
