Devans Modern Breweries Ltd has been operating from Adarsh Nagar for a long time. Our place is at 28 B on Govind Marg. It’s a familiar spot for the people who live around this part of town. The building itself is pretty functional and doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles. Inside, you can usually smell the grains and the process of making the drinks. It’s a busy environment with people moving crates and checking the tanks. We have a lot of staff who have been with us for years, so everyone knows their role without needing to be told much. The location on Govind Marg is convenient for the trucks coming in and out, though the street can get a bit tight during peak hours. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy office spaces because the focus is always on what’s happening in the production area. There’s a lot of clinking of glass and the hum of refrigeration units going on in the background. It’s a noisy, wet, and active place to be. We just focus on keeping the lines moving and making sure the quality is where it needs to be every day. No one here wears suits; it’s more about boots and practical clothes for the work. It’s just a local brewery doing its thing and trying to keep up with the daily schedule and the orders that need to go out to the city.
