Caffeine Cafe & Bistro

Caffeine Cafe & Bistro is located at 281 Dewan Chamber on M I Road in Jaipur. We are right across the street from the ICICI Bank. M I Road is one of those places that never really stays quiet, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a mix of regular cafe items and some heavier bistro food. The space is decent, with enough room for a few groups to sit comfortably. We have some posters on the walls and the furniture is a bit older, but it is comfortable enough. Being in the 302001 area means we see tourists and locals alike. Running a bistro is hard work, and some days are better than others. We do not use any fancy lingo here. We just cook what we know and serve it to whoever is hungry. The kitchen gets hot in the summer, but that is expected in Jaipur. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the floors swept. Sometimes we run out of ingredients if a big group comes in unexpectedly, but we do our best with what we have. It is just a normal place run by normal people. We are not looking to be famous, just to provide a spot on M I Road where you can sit for a bit and have a meal. It is a lot of work but we keep going every day.
