Cafe Bae

Cafe Bae is located at A1 in the Hotel Las Vegas on Sehkar Marg. This is the Bais Godam area of Jaipur. It’s an interesting part of the city, not too far from the main tracks and the flyover. We are part of the hotel, but the cafe has its own feel. People come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Jaipur can get incredibly hot, so we make sure the cooling is always working right. The interior has a bit of a look to it, but we don't try too hard to be trendy. We just put out furniture that’s comfortable to sit in for a while. Our staff is a mix of people who have been here since we opened and some newer faces. We spend our days managing the orders and making sure the kitchen stays on track. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a dish takes a bit longer than it should or we get a rush that we didn't expect. But we just keep going. We get a lot of young people from the nearby areas and travelers who are staying upstairs. It’s a decent place to spend an hour or two. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and start serving food. If you’re around Bais Godam and need a place to sit, that’s what we are here for.
