Singhal Overseas Constructions

Singhal Overseas Constructions is based out of the J.D.A. Flats in Lal Kothi, specifically at A-8. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a residential block, but it works for what we do. We aren't some massive construction firm with a glass tower. We’re just a small outfit that handles a variety of building tasks. Being in Lal Kothi means we’re close to a lot of the government offices and the main roads, which makes it easier to get around. Our space is filled with blueprints, tools, and a few old desks we’ve had since the beginning. It’s not the most modern look, but we prefer spending our time on the job site rather than decorating an office. We’ve worked on plenty of projects around the city, and we take a lot of pride in the fact that we finish what we start. There have been times when things went wrong, like a supplier sending the wrong bricks or the rain making a mess of a foundation, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just builders. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to their friends and family. That’s enough for us. We stay busy, and we keep our heads down and work hard every day.
