We've been over here at Jhotwara Industrial Area for a while now. It's unit 65 A. There's always a lot of noise and movement around the shop floor because steel is heavy work. Most days start pretty early. We handle different kinds of metal orders for people around Jaipur. It gets dusty, but that's just how an industrial area is. If you come by, you’ll see the trucks lined up. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long on their supply. My cousin and a few guys from the neighborhood help run the machines. We aren't a huge fancy office, just a workspace with a lot of inventory stacked up. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times we’re just focusing on getting the cuts right. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. The address is 65 A, right in the heart of the industrial zone. It's not hard to find if you know the main road. We don’t spend much time on the computer, mostly we’re out back dealing with the loads. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes the metal tough to touch, but we just get on with it. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more shops opening up, more traffic. We just stay in our corner and do the work we know. It's simple, really. Just people making sure the steel gets where it needs to go.
