You can find us in Shop No. 35 on the upper ground floor of Crown Plaza. It’s in Vaishali Nagar, right across from where the Tata Docomo office is. We are near Amrapali Circle, which is always busy with people and cars. Our shop is where we handle all the holiday planning. It’s not very big, but it’s enough space for us to work. We have some brochures and a couple of computers on our desks. Most of the time, we are just sitting here answering emails or talking on the phone with different hotels. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local spot where we help people with their travel needs. Sometimes we get people just walking in after seeing our sign while they’re out shopping in the plaza. We don't have any scripted speeches or sales pitches. We just talk to people like normal human beings. We tell them what we think about different spots and help them book what they need. The mall can get a bit loud on weekends, but inside the shop, it’s mostly just the sound of us working. We’ve been at this location for a while now and know the other shop owners around here. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't do anything flashy. We just try to get the details right for anyone who wants to take a trip. (245 words)
