KR BUILDING INFLUENCERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of A-473 in Malviya Nagar. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it serves us well as a home base. Malviya Nagar is a pretty busy area, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. We focus on building and everything that goes along with it, which mostly means a lot of coordination and trying to get people to show up on time. It’s a common story in this business that things take longer than they should, and we spend a good chunk of our day trying to prevent that. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and some chairs where we can sit down and look at what needs to be done next. We don't have a big sales pitch or anything. We just talk to people plainly about what we can do and how long it might take. Sometimes we get it right on the nose, and other times we run into hurdles like everyone else. That’s just how building works in a city like this. We like being part of the local scene here. It’s nice to walk out and grab a tea nearby while we’re thinking through a problem. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things well and keep the business running. It’s a simple life, mostly filled with brick, mortar, and a lot of planning. We stay busy and that is just fine with us for now.
