Kkhs Buildhomes Private Limited is based in Manglam City at Plot No. E-11, Block-E, specifically in unit G-4. We are right in the heart of the housing colony there. Since we build homes, it makes sense for us to be located where people are actually living and looking for places. The office is pretty basic. We have some samples of flooring and tiles leaning against the walls. It’s not a fancy designer studio, just a place where we can meet and talk about house plans. Most of the people who work here live nearby too. We see our projects every day when we drive to work. That makes us stay on top of things because we have to see the results all the time. We aren't some big firm from out of town. We are right here in Block-E. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the kids playing outside or cars going by, but we don't mind that at all. It feels real and connected to the neighborhood. We handle all the local permits and the actual building work with a small crew of workers. We don't use any complicated software systems to manage things. We just use old-fashioned notebooks and our mobile phones. If a client wants to change something, they just come over to G-4 and we talk it out on the spot. It’s a very direct way of doing business. We don't make big promises. We just build houses one at a time.
