Khushi Metal

You can find our small office, number seven, right on the ground floor over at Puniya Shankar Batal Badi Main Road. Being right across from the Patanjali School means there is always a lot of activity around here. We deal with metal items and have been at this location for a bit. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical space where we handle orders and talk to customers. Usually, one of us is sitting at the desk while the other might be checking on some materials. The street gets quite crowded when the school lets out, which makes things a bit hectic in the afternoon. We like being on the ground floor because it's easier for folks to just step in without having to deal with stairs. Our day starts early, getting everything ready and checking what needs to go out. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything. It's just us doing the work every day. People come to us for different metal parts they need for their own shops or building work. We try to keep a good variety but space is limited, so we manage it as best as we can. It’s a simple business. We focus on the metal, the orders, and making sure we are here when the door opens in the morning. Sometimes we’re a bit slow on the phone if we’re busy with someone in person, but we always get back to people eventually.
