We’ve been at the Sanganer Roadways Bus Stand area for a while now. Khushi Colonizers Pvt Ltd is just a small office near Malpura Gate. People often stop by because it’s easy to find if you’re coming off the bus. It gets quite noisy with all the traffic and people moving around, but we like it here. We mainly deal with land and setting things up in the local area. It’s not a fancy place at all. We have a few desks and some old chairs. Sometimes the tea guy comes around and we sit and talk about what’s happening in the neighborhood. We know the roads around Malpura Gate pretty well. If someone is looking for a spot to build or just wants to know about a piece of ground, they usually just walk in. We don’t have a big website or anything like that. We just do our work day by day. Most of our days are spent checking paperwork or going out to look at sites. It’s dusty work sometimes. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. The bus stand is always busy, which keeps us on our toes. We just try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just the facts about the property. That’s how we’ve always done things at Khushi Colonizers. It’s just us working out of this spot near the gate, trying to help people find what they need without too much fuss or extra cost.
