We are over at the Shyam Anukampa Complex on Ashok Marg. Our office is 304-A. It’s in the C Scheme area, which is pretty central. Ahinsa Circle is the big landmark nearby. We have been working with properties in this part of the city for a long time. The complex is quite large, so sometimes people get a bit lost finding the right floor, but we are there. It’s a mix of residential and commercial stuff that we handle. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of staff. It’s mostly just us. We spend our days answering calls and meeting people who want to move into C Scheme. It’s a popular area, so things move fast. We try to keep up with the prices, which seem to change every month. Our office has a view of the street, which is nice for watching the traffic. We don't have a big marketing plan. We just talk to people and show them what is available. It is a practical business. We deal with the paperwork and the keys. It can be tiring, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years. Some days we have to wait a long time for a client who got stuck in traffic near the circle. That's just how it is here. We keep our coffee hot and the files ready for whoever comes in next. It works for us.
