If you find yourself on Ajmer Road in Jaipur, you might see Swastik Plaza. That is where we keep our office, up on the first floor at Plot No. 22. Khedapati Balaji Construction Private Limited is the name on the door. It’s a standard office setup with a few desks and chairs where we handle the construction business. Bhragu Nagar is a decent area and we have been based here for a while now. Most of our day is spent coordinating with workers and making sure our projects are moving along. There is always a lot of noise coming from the road outside, which is just part of being in this part of Jaipur. We deal with a lot of concrete, steel, and laborers. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, or the tea guy is late, but we keep things moving as much as we can. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with polished floors. We just want to get the buildings finished and move on to the next one. Our files are organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone else. It's a real place with real people working hard every day to get things built around Rajasthan.
