KDT BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based at 5, Marudhar Vihar in the Khatipura area of Jaipur. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time. We aren't some massive company with branches everywhere. We’re just a local outfit that knows its way around a construction site. Our office is just a regular building where we keep our files and meet up in the morning before heading out to work. Most of our work happens on the ground, dealing with cement, steel, and laborers. We’ve been in Jaipur for years, so we understand the local soil and what works best here. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. If you come to see us, we’ll probably be wearing work boots and have some dust on our clothes. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure they are solid. Sometimes things go slow, and sometimes we have to work late to get a roof poured before it rains. It’s just the nature of the construction business.
