Kcc & Developers Private Limited is located at B-50, Amrit Nagar in Meenawala, which is just off Sirsi Road in Jaipur. Our office is tucked away in a residential street, which is nice because it stays a bit quieter than the main road. We are a small team that focuses on building houses in this part of the city. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls to find out where the gravel truck is or why the plumber hasn't shown up. It is the kind of stuff that happens every day when you are in construction. We spend about half our time in the office doing the accounts and the other half out at the sites getting our shoes dirty. The Sirsi Road area has been developing so fast lately, so there is always a new project to keep an eye on. Our workspace is pretty simple, with some chairs for visitors and a big table where we spread out the building plans. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy presentations. We prefer to just show people the actual work we are doing on the ground. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure we don't run out of materials in the middle of a job. We like being based in Meenawala because it’s close to most of our active sites.
