Our office is on the first floor at 32 Queens Road. You’ll find us on Gulmohar Marg in the Green Park area, specifically K-5 Scheme. It's a nice enough building, though the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy bags. Kausrubh Holidays Tours & Travles Pvt Ltd is basically just a few of us at desks with our phones and computers. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to go. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at the same time. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but sometimes the stacks get a little high. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just checking schedules and confirming bookings. We’ve had some people coming to us for years. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We deal with buses, trains, and planes every single day. Sometimes things go wrong with a connection, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just part of the travel business. We don't have a big sign outside, just the door on the first floor. It’s a bit cramped when we have a few families visiting at once. We like the location because it’s easy for most people to reach. It’s just a regular office where we work hard to get folks where they need to be for their trips.
