Karwan Holidays

Our office is Karwan Holidays, and we are at LG-35 in Crown Plaza, which is right in the Vaishali Nagar area. Being in the lower ground floor means we don't have a lot of windows, but it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice. Crown Plaza is a well-known spot, so it is easy for people to find us. Inside the office, it is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and computers that are usually running travel booking software. We spend a lot of time talking to airlines and hotels, trying to sort out schedules. It’s not a glamorous job; there is a lot of waiting on hold and typing in long strings of numbers. We are just a local business trying to keep things organized for people who want to travel. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work we do is accurate so there aren't any problems later. Sometimes the mall gets busy and we hear the noise from the floors above, but we just stick to our work. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers. We are just here every day, doing the normal things that a travel office does. It keeps us quite busy.
