Kareegaree

Kareegaree is located right on the Govindpura Niwaru Link Road in Jhotwara. We have units 12 and 13. It’s a dusty part of the city, especially with all the trucks going past on the link road. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit. The space is mostly filled with the stuff we make and the raw materials we get delivered every week. It’s not a place for a fancy meeting. We usually just sit on whatever is available and talk about what needs to be done. The fans are always on because Jhotwara gets incredibly hot in the summer months. Our workers have been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a tight-knit group. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they saw the sign while driving by or someone told them about us. The floors are concrete and have some cracks, but they hold up the weight of our equipment. We start the day early to beat the worst of the heat. By the time the sun goes down, we’re usually wrapping things up and cleaning the workstations. It’s a simple life. We don’t have big titles here. Everyone just helps out where they can to make sure the work gets finished. It’s just us doing our thing. The tea stall down the street is where we usually catch up on the gossip before the morning shift starts.
