Kapas Designers (Opc) Private Limited

We are located on the 3rd floor of Vishwaas Aashiyana in Jagatpura. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we'd like. My name is on the paperwork as an OPC, but it's really just me and a couple of helpers working on designs. We chose the name Kapas because we mostly deal with cotton fabrics. There's something about simple cotton that just works for the weather here in Jaipur. The studio isn't huge, but it has good light for most of the day, which helps with the eyes. We spend a lot of time drawing and measuring things out on the big table in the middle of the room. It’s not always organized; there are sketches and fabric samples all over the place. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to make some nice designs that people feel comfortable in. Jagatpura is growing fast, and there’s always some construction noise or something new being built around here, but we’re happy in our little corner on the third floor. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just stopping in. It's a simple operation. We work hard, we try to be fair with everyone, and we keep things moving. It's just a local design spot doing its thing every day.
