Kanu Estate Pvt Ltd is located in Ganpati Plaza on M I Road. We are on the second floor, in room 213. M I Road is one of those places in Jaipur that never seems to sleep. There is always something going on outside. Ganpati Plaza itself is a busy hub with all sorts of shops and offices. We’ve been here for quite some time. The office is just a regular workspace where we handle property matters. We get all kinds of people coming in, from tourists looking around to locals who need a hand with their shops or homes. It can get quite hectic during the middle of the day. We don't have any of those corporate mission statements. We just show up in the morning and do our work. It involves a lot of phone calls and meeting people for coffee downstairs. Being on the second floor is good because we are away from the main noise of the street but still right in the center of things. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this plaza. Jaipur is growing so fast, and M I Road is still the heart of it. We just try to keep up with the changes and help out whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business, really. No big promises, just daily work and local knowledge. That is just how we do things here.
