We are located at Plot No. 1678, right near Ajmeri Gate. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of history. Our family has been doing this for a long time. We handle various types of metalwork and traditional goods. The shop is usually dusty and there’s always the sound of someone working in the back. It’s not a quiet place. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; people usually find us by word of mouth or by just walking past the gate. The space is filled with tools and materials we’ve gathered over the years. Some of the stuff in here has been around since my father was running things. We open early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Ajmeri Gate is always crowded, so there’s a lot of noise from the street coming in. We don’t mind it much. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We take our time with the work because that’s how we were taught. If a customer comes in with a specific request, we sit down and figure out how to make it happen. There’s no fancy showroom here. It’s just a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes we sit out front for a break and watch the traffic go by. It’s a simple life and we’ve been at this plot for as long as I can remember.
