Kanharam Developers (Opc) Private Limited is located over at Bapu Nagar 98, specifically in the Goutam Nagar section near Tonk Road. This is a pretty central part of Jaipur, so it is easy for people to find us. We run our development operations from here, keeping things fairly small and manageable. Being an OPC means it is a one-person setup with some help, so things stay personal. Tonk Road is always humming with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make things work for our projects. Our office space is practical, filled with papers and maps of the local area. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or polished brochures. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, which many of them are.
