Our office is located at 66, Patel Colony, right off Sardar Patel Marg in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur. It’s a very central spot, which is great for business but can be a bit of a headache when it comes to parking. Patel Colony is one of those older, established neighborhoods. We’ve been here for a while now, operating as JYM Developers. Being a developer in a city that’s growing as fast as Jaipur keeps us on our toes. There is always some new regulation or a change in the market that we have to adapt to. We don't spend much time in the office anyway; we’re usually out at various sites seeing how the construction is moving along. The office is mostly for the paperwork and for when we need to sit down and have a cup of tea with someone to discuss a plan. It’s a pretty simple setup with old desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't think spending a lot of money on looking fancy is worth it. We’d rather just get the job done right. People know us in this part of C-Scheme. We’re just a group of people who know how to build things and we’ve stayed in the same spot for years. It’s a practical, local business that doesn’t try to be something it’s not. Most of our work is done on the ground.
