Jubilation Holidays

We set up shop at Jhotwara Kardhani S-1, 10 A, 6 because it's where we live. Most days start with tea and checking emails. People stop by to ask about train tickets or car rentals mostly. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just a few desks and some maps on the wall. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is annoying when trying to book things. We've known some of our clients for years. They come in for a chat even if they aren't going anywhere. It’s mostly family-run. My brother handles the car stuff and I do the bookings. Jhotwara is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street outside. We try to keep things simple. If a hotel is bad, we tell people. No point lying about it. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the travel business. Everything is online now, but people still like to come in and talk face-to-face. It makes them feel safer about their money, I guess. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines. It can be a headache, but that’s the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the folks who come to us get where they need to go without too much trouble. Sometimes we stay late when someone gets stuck at an airport. It’s part of the work. We just keep going day by day. We're just here to help out when we can.
