Jsw Steel Ltd

We are on the 4th floor of the Radhika Complex, which sits on S C Road in Bagaru. This is the office for Jsw Steel Ltd. Since we are up on the fourth floor, we don't get a lot of walk-in traffic from the street, but we stay busy with calls and emails all day long. The building is a typical commercial complex with a lot of other businesses around. The elevator can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so some of us just take the stairs if we aren't feeling lazy. Our work is mostly about coordinating steel orders and making sure the logistics side of things is moving along. We have a few big tables for looking at plans and a lot of computers. It’s not a factory, so you won’t see any actual steel being made here; it is all the administrative stuff that keeps the company running. SC Road is a hectic part of town, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic coming up from below. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch and talk about things other than work. It is a functional office and we try to keep it tidy, though the desks usually end up covered in notes by the afternoon. We just focus on getting the numbers right and making sure our clients get what they need delivered on time.
