Journey World

Our office is G-4 in Vaishali Tower-1. We are right by Nursery Circle in Vaishali Nagar. It’s a big building with a lot of other businesses, so there is always someone in the hallway or the elevator. Journey World is the name on our door, but most of the time we are just referred to as the travel guys on the ground floor. The office is small but we’ve managed to fit a couple of computers and a printer in there. The printer jams sometimes, which is a real pain when we’re trying to hand someone a physical ticket. We do a lot of international and domestic planning here. It’s not just cars; we look at flights and trains too. The phone is usually the loudest thing in the room. We take turns going out for lunch because someone always has to be there to answer the door. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave Jaipur at the same time. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets covered in sticky notes and old newspapers. It’s a real place with real people working in it. We don't have a polished front desk or a receptionist. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is.
