We’ve been running JNM Construction Private Limited for a while now from our office at Leela Mansion. It’s right on Raj Bhawan Road in the Civil Lines area of Jaipur. If you know the neighborhood, it's pretty quiet around here. Most of the time we are out on various sites, but this is where all the paperwork and planning happens. Construction is just one of those things where you have to keep track of a lot of moving parts. We deal with materials, labor, and making sure things get done. It isn’t always easy, especially when the weather gets hot in Jaipur, but we keep at it. Some days are just about looking at blueprints and talking to suppliers. We aren’t a huge fancy office with dozens of receptionists. It’s just us doing the work. People often stop by Leela Mansion to discuss their projects or just to check on progress. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how long it will take. Building things takes time and patience. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this spot in Civil Lines. There’s always some new project starting up somewhere. We just focus on our own tasks and try to make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don’t leak. It’s simple work in a way, but it requires being there every day. That’s pretty much how we spend our time at JNM Construction.
