Jj Buildsmart Private Limited is based on the ground floor of Shashi Heights in Sitapura. Jayesh Jain is the person to look for here. Our office is a simple place in Khusar Yojna where we spend most of our time dealing with building supplies and site workers. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a workspace where we get things done. Jaipur is a hot place, so we try to get most of the heavy work done before the afternoon sun gets too bad. We deal with the usual construction problems like late deliveries or bricks that aren't the right size. It's just part of the life we chose. The office has maps pinned to the walls and a lot of dust from the street. We aren't here to give sales pitches. People come in, they tell us what they need built, and we see if we can do it. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving out to check on progress. It's a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong. We just try to fix the mistakes as they happen. Sitapura is a busy area and being right there helps us keep an eye on things. We've been at this address for a while and have become part of the neighborhood. It's just a regular job for us, making sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak.
